Atlantic Lithium Limited Secures Strategic Funding to Advance Ewoyaa Project
Atlantic Lithium Limited (ASX: A11) has secured access to funding of up to US$16.4 million through a strategic investment from Ghanaian investors and a third placement with Long State Investments Ltd to support the advancement of its flagship Ewoyaa Lithium Project in Ghana. The strategic investment by Ghanaian pension funds, facilitated by IC Asset Managers (Ghana) Ltd, could contribute up to US$11.0 million, including a US$5.0 million share subscription for 25,380,709 shares at US$0.197 per share, alongside milestone-linked warrants with a potential value of US$6.0 million.
The warrants are linked to major development milestones for the project, including parliamentary approval of the Ewoyaa mining lease, the final investment decision, and the start of construction activities. In addition, the company will raise US$5.4 million through a third placement of shares with Long State Investments Ltd. The funding is intended to accelerate development activities as Atlantic Lithium works toward establishing Ghana’s first lithium-producing mine.
