Horizon Minerals Limited (ASX: HRZ) announced that it had completed the divestment of the Kangaroo Hill and Phoenix gold projects near Coolgardie to Greenstone Resources Ltd. The company has previously announced on 11 August 2022 that the company has agreed to sell 100% of its stake in the projects to Greenstone Resources Ltd.
Upon completing this transaction, Horizon Minerals Limited will receive AU$150,000 in cash and AU$150,000 in Greenstone Resources Ltd shares at an issue price equivalent to the Volume Weighted Average Price over the 15 trading days before the Completion Date.
