Global Oil & Gas Limited (ASX:GLV) announced that the company had received firm commitments from sophisticated and professional investors to raise $450,000 through the issue of 225,000,000 shares at AU$0.002 per share, along with one free-attaching option (exercisable at AU$0.004 and expiring in three years from the date of issue) for every two (2) Placement Shares subscribed for and issued.
Along with the Placement, the company is undertaking a pro-rata non-renounceable entitlement issue of one share for every two shares held by eligible shareholders at AU$0.002 per share to raise to $2,285,854.71, together with one free-attaching option exercisable at $0.004 and expiring three years from the date of issue for every two new shares subscribed for and issued
The company said raised funds would be used for the exploration works for EP127, new project-generating activities, and general working capital.
