Federal Court Joins Dateline Resources to Dispute Over California Rare Earth Tenements

Dateline Resources Limited (ASX: DTR) has been formally joined to Federal Court proceedings initiated by US1 Critical Minerals and Apex USA Resources regarding a dispute over a series of California Rare Earth Element (REE) tenements. The action follows claims that the tenements identified under an agreement between US1 and Apex are under the control of Dateline and its subsidiaries.

During the initial hearing, Dateline CEO Stephen Baghdadi, who is also personally involved in the dispute, provided an undertaking that neither he nor Dateline will sell, transfer, or alter the status of the tenements without 14 days’ notice or further direction from the Court. The matter is scheduled for a further interlocutory hearing on 23 December 2025. Dateline will continue adhering to market disclosure requirements as the proceedings develop.
