Evolution Mining appointed Mr Lawrie Conway as CEO & Managing Director

Evolution Mining Limited (ASX: EVN) announced the appointment of Mr Lawrie Conway as CEO & Managing Director, effective 01 January 2023. Mr Lawrie Conway is currently EVN’s Finance Director and Chief Financial Officer and has over 30 years’ experience in the resources sector across a varied range of commercial, financial and operational activities

Mr Jake Klein, the Founder of Evolution Mining will continue in the role of Executive Chair and has approved to a new agreement which will see him remain in this position until at least the close of 2024.

The creation of this position will aid EVN to continue to deliver on both Evolution’s strategic ambitions as well as operational performance. It will also establish the organisational structure for the next part of growth & development.
