DigiCo Infrastructure REIT CEO Takes Extended Personal Leave
DigiCo Infrastructure REIT (ASX: DGT) operates as a global owner, operator, and developer of data centres. Its portfolio includes 13 data centres across Australia and North America with 238 megawatts of planned IT capacity, including 85 megawatts of contracted capacity.
DigiCo Infrastructure REIT announced that its Chief Executive Officer and Non-Executive Director, Michael Juniper, will take an extended period of personal leave to address a personal matter and spend time with his family. The company expressed its support for Juniper during this period. Juniper noted that although he regrets stepping away shortly after assuming the role, he is confident in the strength of the leadership team to maintain operational stability.
Chris Maher has stepped into the role of Interim Chief Executive Officer to maintain leadership stability and ensure smooth business operations during this period. Alongside Maher, the existing leadership team—including Chief Financial Officer Simon Mitchell and Chief Development Officer Ralph Goninan—will continue implementing the strategic roadmap outlined during the company’s 1H FY26 results presentation.
