Estrella Resources Limited-High-Grade Manganese Results Enhance Growth Potential at Ira Miri
Estrella Resources Limited (ASX: ESR) has reported a new set of outstanding assay results from the Ira Miri Prospect in Timor-Leste, further confirming the emergence of a high-grade, laterally extensive manganese system. Assays from 12 drill holes, with mineralisation intersected in 10, delivered exceptional grades reaching up to 58% Mn and consistently low impurity levels, aligning Ira Miri with globally recognised high-silica, low-iron manganese deposits such as Molango and Groote Eylandt.
The program returned numerous standout intervals, including 3.00m at 35.7% Mn with a 1.5m zone grading 55.1% Mn (EMDD026), 1.10m at 52.6% Mn (EMDD030), and a substantial 11.97m at 28.9% Mn including 2.1m at 46.8% Mn (EMDD033). These results reinforce strong geological continuity and demonstrate significant potential for extensions along strike and within additional emerging targets. With final assays pending and drilling nearing completion at Werumata Limestone, Estrella is advancing a growing portfolio with strong discovery momentum.
