Elsight Limited (ASX: ELS) announced that it had entered into a commercial partnership agreement with Air Methods Corporation’s subsidiary, Spright. Spright is the 100% owned drone division of Air Methods and was created to help solve many of the toughest time-sensitive challenges facing health services for communities across North America.
The ‘Halo’ solution will be used on unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) executing operations to deliver medical medicines and supplies, lab testing specimen transportation, infrastructure, and utility inspections across the United States.
As a part of the deal, the first commercial order of ‘Halo’ units have been received upon the signing of the five-year agreement with Spright, for an initial order value of US$90,000. Spright has committed to several further orders during the term of the agreement. This further displays the strategic importance of Elsight’s ‘Design Win’ strategy.
