Elders shares move north following solid 1H FY2022 results

Elders Limited (ASX: ELD) has released its half yearly results for the period ended 31 March 2022.

  • Sales revenue increased 38% to AU$1,514.8 million.
  • EBIT improved 80% to AU$132.8 million.
  • NPAT was up 34% to AU$91.2 million.
  • Underlying earnings per share was up 36% to AU$58.3 million.
  • ELD declared a 30% franked dividend of 28 cents, up 40% from the previous corresponding period.

The Company has upgraded full-year guidance in between 30% to 40% above the prior financial year.

At AEST 11:19 AM, ELD shares are trading at AU$14.950, up 9.124% from the previous close.
