Core Lithium Ltd announced corporate update

Core Lithium Ltd (ASX: CXO) announced that it will relocate its corporate head office to Perth, Western Australia. The establishment of a Perth Office is expected to occur by mid-2023, and the closure of the Adelaide office is likely to be completed by the end of 2023.

Ms. Melissa Winks has been appointed as an Executive General Manager, Sustainability, and take responsibility for sustainability functions such as ESG, Health, Safety and Environment (HSE), Communities, Indigenous Engagement, and Approvals.

Mr. Andrew Forman has been appointed as the company's interim Chief Financial Officer. He is a well-qualified accounting and finance professional with vast experience in the mining sector. He had completed a 35-year career with PwC, with more than twenty years as a partner.
