Charger Metals Reports Strong Medcalf Lithium Results Ahead of Resource Upgrade

Charger Metals NL (ASX: CHR) announced encouraging drill assay results from the Medcalf Spodumene Project, part of its Lake Johnston Lithium and Gold portfolio in Western Australia. The latest diamond and reverse circulation drilling campaign completed 3,418 metres during the March 2026 quarter, confirming significant extensions of lithium mineralisation both along strike and at depth.

Key drill results included broad spodumene intersections such as 32 metres grading 1.06% Li₂O, 20.7 metres at 0.93% Li₂O, and 10.1 metres at 1.66% Li₂O. The drilling confirmed stacked pegmatite lodes extending from surface to depths of up to 700 metres down dip, highlighting strong continuity and expansion potential beyond the current resource boundary.

The company stated that these results are expected to support an upgrade to the maiden Medcalf Lithium Resource estimate of 8.2 million tonnes at 1.0% Li₂O. Charger also noted the project’s strategic location near major lithium infrastructure and processing facilities, strengthening its long-term development potential.
