Centuria Launches Unlisted Agriculture Fund

Jun 22, 2022

Centuria Capital Group (ASX: CNI) announced that it had launched an unlisted, open-ended agriculture fund, Centuria Agriculture Fund, which is seeded with an AU$177million state of the art glasshouse in Warragul Victoria. Centuria Capital Group will purchase the Warragul glasshouse, which benefits from a 19-year sale-and-leaseback, triple-net lease to well-regarded Australian vegetable provider Flavorite.

The company will target the assets leased to experienced agricultural operators and associated agri-logistics assets with correspondingly favorable lease terms. The launch of Centuria Agriculture Fund will complement the company’s existing agriculture trusts. In total, the company manages seven agriculture properties worth a collective ~AU$343 million.
