Cassius Mining Secures Firm Commitments for-AU$1.16 Million Placement to Advance Key Projects.
Cassius Mining Limited (ASX: CMD) has received firm commitments to raise approximately AU$1.16 million (before costs) through a Placement with sophisticated and professional investors. The capital raising will be completed via the issue of 38.78 million new fully paid ordinary shares at an issue price of AU$0.03 per share and will be undertaken under the Company’s existing placement capacity in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 7.1. Proceeds from the Placement will be directed toward advancing the Soalara project in Madagascar, progressing the Company’s litigation claim in Ghana, and supporting general working capital requirements.
The successful Placement strengthens Cassius’ funding position and provides financial flexibility to progress its strategic and operational priorities. The Board has authorised the release of the announcement and views the capital raise as an important step in maintaining momentum across the Company’s project portfolio while continuing to manage corporate and legal initiatives.
