Astron Corporation announced SPP to raise a maximum of AU$3,000,000

Astron Corporation Limited (ASX: ATR) has offered its existing Astron Corporation Limited shareholders an opportunity to participate in a Security Purchase Plan (SPP) to raise a maximum of AU$3,000,000.

The shareholders can subscribe for either AU$2,500.00, AU$5,000.00, AU$10,000.00, AU$20,000.00 or AU$30,000.00 in New Securities at the Subscription Price of $0.54 per security in Astron at an attractive discount to the market price in the period before the date of announcement of this SPP.

The proceeds from the SPP will be used to finalising the resource update, update of mining studies, continuing process plant design, infrastructure works and continuing community engagement / approvals process.
