ASIC disqualified construction industry director for 5 years

ASIC has disqualified construction industry director Joshua Ian Ridley of Helensvale QLD, from managing corporations for 5 years due to his role in the failure of six companies.

Between April 2009 and November 2021, he acted as the director of below companies:

  1. Disco Holdings Pty Ltd
  2. Tiger Trac Pty Ltd  
  3. Dalrimple Investments Pty Ltd 
  4. Rocor Holdings Pty Ltd 
  5. CTE (Aust) Pty Ltd 
  6. Tiger Mech Pty Ltd

As per ASIC, Mr Ridley acted inappropriately and failed to meet his duties as director. At the time of ASIC’s decision, the companies owed a total of AU$7,144,033 to creditors, together with AU$2,991,983 owing to the Australian Taxation Office.
