AMP Limited provides March 2022 quarter updates

AMP Limited (ASX: AMP) has released its Q1 FY2022 update.

  • AMP Bank grew at 2x system growth with the total loan book growing AU$0.5 billion to AU$22.6 billion in Q1 2022.
  • Australian Wealth Management (AWM) net cash outflows during the quarter was AU$1.3 billion. This value was AU$2.0 billion in the previous corresponding period (PCP).
  • North inflows from external financial advisers was up 53% to AU$342 million on PCP.
  • AWM AUM dropped from AU$142.3 billion in Q4 2022 to AU$136.5 billion during Q1 2022. Thus, reflecting lesser investment markets as well as net cash outflows
