4DMedical: Strengthened Capital Position to Accelerate Commercial Growth
4DMedical Limited (ASX: 4DX) has reinforced its financial footing by securing AU$30.2 million through a fully underwritten arrangement for the exercise of its 4DXO listed options. This commitment, led by Bell Potter Securities, guarantees full subscription of unexercised options ahead of their 31 December 2025 expiry. With approximately 8 million options already exercised and the remainder covered under the underwriting agreement, the company is positioned to hold a pro forma cash balance of AU$63.7 million as at 30 September 2025. The strengthened balance sheet equips 4DMedical to accelerate commercial deployment of its flagship CT:VQ technology, which has attracted substantial interest and is progressing through multiple U.S. contract discussions. Management expects 2026 to be a pivotal year as the company expands its Software-as-a-Service respiratory imaging solutions and advances toward profitability.
