xReality’s subsidiary Operator signs International Distribution MOU

xReality Group Limited (ASX:XRG) has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding between Operator TS Pty Ltd trading as Operator Tactical Solutions (Operator) and Acrolect Solutions LLC DBA Endurance Group (Endurance).

Operator is a 100% owned subsidiary of XRG and it provides XR solutions to military and law enforcement worldwide. The objective of this Memorandum of Understanding is to establish key commercial terms around the global distribution of Operator’s Virtual Reality tactical trainer.

Partnership with Endurance will help Operator to expand internationally by offering Virtual Reality tactical training capabilities to Endurance’s current customer base which includes highly specialised units within the US, Canadian and European Special Operations divisions, several US Police SWAT teams, and many broader US law enforcement agencies.
