Findi Limited – Second Supplementary Prospectus Update
Findi Limited (ASX: FND) has issued a Second Supplementary Prospectus to amend its earlier documents, including the Prospectus dated 12 February 2026 and the Supplementary Prospectus from 27 February 2026. The primary updates include the extension of the Closing Date for its Offer to Thursday, 19 March 2026, and modifications to the Company's share capital structure and pro-forma financial details. These changes follow the Company's successful AU$25 million placement to institutional investors, which will enhance its financial position.
The updated Prospectus reflects the impact of the Sphere acquisition, as well as changes to cash reserves and assets. Furthermore, Findi has decided not to move forward with the Nova Global Investment after discussions, although future negotiations may occur. Additionally, the Company has outlined the terms of its engagement with Taurus Capital, including placement fees and the issuance of options contingent on a successful capital raise.
