Terra Metals Discovers Significant Titanium-Vanadium-Gallium Mineralisation at Southwest Prospect
Terra Metals Limited (ASX: TM1) has confirmed a major discovery at the Southwest Prospect, part of its Dante Project, with the identification of a thick titanium-vanadium-gallium (Ti-V-Ga) mineralisation system. The SW3 and SW4 targets now extend over 800m of strike and more than 400m of width, with high-grade oxide reefs up to 60m thick, approximately 11 times thicker than the basal reefs underpinning the current 148Mt Dante Reefs Mineral Resource Estimate. Gallium enrichment, ranging from 40-55 ppm Ga₂O₃, adds a critical-metal by-product to the titanium and vanadium resources. These results build on previous high-grade PGM-copper-nickel sulfide discoveries at the same site, confirming Southwest as a vertically stacked polymetallic system. Terra plans to release a maiden Mineral Resource Estimate for the SW3-SW4 system by 2026, based on ongoing drilling and metallurgical testwork.
