May 13, 2022

Tempest Minerals Limited (ASX: TEM) provided an exploration update on its Rocky Hill project. The recent exploration work at the project has identified various geochemical anomalies, including trace elements consistent with rocks known to host Lithium Pegmatites.

Tempest recorded a peak value of 60.3 ppm Lithium above a coincident magnetic low and elevated Be-Cs-Sr-Sn-Nb. The target has also returned anomalous Cu values, which sit within a magnetic feature at least 850 m strike length and extend into TEM’s untested pending tenure. The company has detected Lithium–cesium–tantalum (LCT) and pathfinder elements in high ranges in soil samples.
