Operationally, the business shifted from a product-focused phase to a sales and marketing-led model, enabling faster customer onboarding and improved conversion rates. Its three core solutions—Spenda Pay, Spenda Retail, and Spenda Ledger—are now active and generating revenue across partner ecosystems. The rollout of Spenda Retail is progressing, supported by a growing pipeline and strategic partnerships.
Cost optimisation initiatives delivered annualised savings of about AU$4.5 million, enhancing efficiency. With strengthened sales leadership and expanding market outreach, Spenda is focused on scaling adoption, increasing recurring revenue streams, and building a more predictable growth model.
