Pro Medicus Wins Major AU$90 Million Healthcare Imaging Contract in the US
Pro Medicus Limited (ASX: PME) has secured a seven-year AU$90 million agreement with US-based healthcare provider Beth Israel Lahey Health, strengthening its position in the North American medical imaging technology market. The agreement involves Pro Medicus rolling out its cloud-enabled Visage 7 Enterprise Imaging Platform throughout the health network, incorporating diagnostic imaging, workflow management, and digital archive capabilities.
The implementation will provide a unified diagnostic imaging platform integrated with the customer’s electronic health record system while also supporting migration from legacy imaging archives. Management highlighted that the agreement follows a transaction-based licensing structure, offering potential upside as usage volumes expand over time. Pro Medicus stated that demand for cloud-based imaging infrastructure continues growing across healthcare providers, with more organisations adopting fully integrated enterprise imaging solutions. Rollout planning is expected to begin immediately, with deployment targeted during calendar year 2027.
