NWL Expands Morgan Stanley Partnership, Lifts Growth Outlook
Netwealth Group Limited (ASX: NWL) has strengthened its relationship with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management Australia by securing an agreement to provide a domestic investment platform for ASX-listed securities and other local investments. The expanded offering combines technology, execution, administration and reporting capabilities, while integrating individual HIN functionality to support advisers and clients. This marks Netwealth's first major client win in the stockbroking and private wealth segment following its strategic investment in platform capabilities, opening access to a significantly larger addressable market and reinforcing its long-term growth strategy.
Alongside the partnership announcement, Netwealth reported preliminary FY26 net flows of AU$15.4 billion and reaffirmed its FY26 EBITDA margin guidance of approximately 49%. Despite temporary market-related softness in fourth-quarter flows, management expects stronger momentum in FY27, targeting net flows of AU$18 billion to AU$20 billion and an EBITDA margin of around 47% as investment accelerates. The company also aims to double funds under administration over the next four years, supported by continued investment in technology, product development and platform expansion, with EBITDA margins expected to trend towards 50% as scale benefits are realised.
