IMC released a progress update of the clinical evaluation of Travelan

Immuron Limited (ASX: IMC) has provided progress update on its planned clinical trial to evaluate the efficacy of Travelan® and two third-party non-antibiotic products in Travelers’ Diarrhea. The Company confirmed that Uniformed Services University (USU) has completed the manufacture of the first batches of investigational medicinal products, and the initial shipment of these to the first clinical trial sites is now dispatched. USU is expecting enrolment of study participants to commence in June 2022 and expect to complete clinical trial enrolment in ~18 months.

USU’s Infectious Diseases Clinical Research Program, the UK Ministry of Defense, and the New York City Travel Clinic are jointly planning to conduct a clinical trial to evaluate the efficacy of three commercially available nutraceutical products.
