GreenTech Reports Strong Phase 1 Results at Munni Munni
GreenTech Metals Limited (ASX: GRE) has announced encouraging results from its Phase 1 drilling and resampling programme at the Munni Munni Project in Western Australia. The campaign confirmed broader and higher-grade platinum group element (PGE), copper, and nickel mineralisation across the Ferguson Reef, highlighting the project’s strong growth potential. Several drill intersections delivered high-grade PGE3 results, including 12 metres at 3.13 g/t PGE3 and 2 metres at 8.37 g/t PGE3, alongside copper and nickel credits.
The programme also successfully validated historical drilling data through twin-hole drilling and core resampling, strengthening confidence in the project’s existing resource base. GreenTech noted that all new drill holes intersected significant mineralisation, while shallow sulphide zones may support future bulk mining opportunities.
The company plans to use the latest assay data to support a JORC 2012 compliant resource re-estimation, incorporating payable copper and nickel through a Net Smelter Return methodology. Management believes the large-scale exploration potential at Munni Munni remains significantly underappreciated.
