GPT Group announced its first half results for the period ended 30 June 2022

GPT Group (ASX: GPT) announced its first half results for the period ended 30 June 2022:

• The company has reported a Net profit after tax of AU$529.7 million compared to AU$760.5 million in the previous corresponding period.
• It has also reported Funds from Operations of AU$326.5 million compared to AU$302.3 million in PCP and FFO per security of 17.04 cents compared to 15.64 cents in PCP.
• GPT Group declared an Interim dividend of 12.7 cents per share compared to 13.3 cents per share in PCP.
• For FY22, the company anticipates to deliver Funds from Operations of approx. 32.4 cents per share and a distribution of 25.0 cents per share for the entire year.
