Fulcrum Lithium Reports Strong Lithium Mineralisation at Alkali Flats
Fulcrum Lithium Ltd (ASX: FUL) has announced encouraging results from its Phase 3 drilling campaign at the wholly owned Alkali Flats lithium project in Nevada, USA. The program included 34 reverse circulation holes and five diamond core holes, with results confirming extensive and high-grade lithium mineralisation across the project. Significant lithium intersections above 300ppm were identified in 18 of the 20 recently reported holes, while several holes recorded continuous mineralisation exceeding 100 metres in thickness.
Key highlights included hole AF3-E13, which returned 147.9 metres at 507ppm lithium with peak assays reaching 1,145ppm lithium, marking the thickest lithium intersection recorded at the project to date. The drilling also confirmed mineralisation over an area exceeding 32 square kilometres, with the deposit remaining open in multiple directions.
Management noted that geological modelling is progressing well and will support the company’s upcoming maiden Mineral Resource Estimate, strengthening confidence in Alkali Flats as a significant lithium development project in Nevada.
