First Drilling Results Confirm High-Grade Gold at Rouyn.
Ardiden Limited (ASX: ADV) has revealed strong results from the initial holes of its 2026 diamond drilling program at the Astoria deposit, part of the Rouyn Gold Project in Québec, Canada. The best result was 7m @ 16.1 g/t Au, including 1m @ 78.7 g/t Au. Other notable intercepts include 3m @ 11.4 g/t Au from 68m (hole AS-26-778) and 11m @ 2.61 g/t Au from 149m (hole AS-26-779). These findings validate the high-grade nature of the mineralisation, typical of deposits along the Cadillac–Larder Lake Break, a prominent gold-bearing region in the Abitibi Greenstone Belt. The Rouyn Gold Project spans a 6km mineralised corridor, with plans for further drilling to extend the resource. Currently, the project holds 1.66 million ounces of gold, and the mineralisation remains open along strike and at depth, offering significant expansion potential.
