Elsight Secures Major Follow-On U.S. Public Safety Order
Elsight Limited (ASX: ELS) has strengthened its commercial momentum after securing a follow-on order worth approximately US$2 million from a U.S.-based public safety customer. The new contract follows an earlier US$460,000 order received in January 2026, reflecting growing customer confidence in Elsight’s Halo connectivity platform and supporting broader deployment plans. The Company noted that the repeat order validates Halo’s operational reliability in mission-critical drone applications, particularly within public safety operations such as emergency response and real-time situational awareness.
Elsight also highlighted improving industry conditions in the United States, with anticipated FAA regulations around Beyond Visual Line of Sight (BVLOS) drone operations expected to accelerate commercial drone adoption. Additionally, Halo’s inclusion on the U.S. DCMA Blue UAS Cleared List has strengthened Elsight’s standing as a trusted and compliant technology provider across defence and commercial sectors. Management believes these developments position the Company to capture increasing opportunities in the expanding U.S. drone connectivity market.
