Core Lithium Ltd (ASX: CXO) has released its quarter ended 31 March 2022 activities

  • The company has acquired six prospective mineral leases adjacent to Finniss.
  • Core signed a contract with US electric vehicle maker Tesla to supply up to 110K tonnes of Li2O spodumene concentrate from the Finniss Project over a period of 4 years.
  • The Australian Securities Exchange admitted the Core Lithium Ltd as part of ASX300 index as a part of their quarterly rebalance.
  • CXO signed tenement sale and purchase agreement with Newmont Exploration Pty Ltd, to acquire the Shoobridge project.
