Cooper Energy Limited appointed Ms. Jane Norman as CEO and Managing Director

Cooper Energy Limited (ASX: COE) announced that it had appointed Ms. Jane Norman as CEO and Managing Director, effective from 20 March 2023. Ms. Jane Norman will replace Mr. David Maxwell, who plans to retire in 2023 as Managing Director and CEO of the company.

Ms. Norman has worked and studied in Australia and the UK and takes over 30 years of industry experience in the energy markets. She started her career with Shell International Exploration & Production as a Process Engineer in operations and then as a Commercial Advisor in The Hague, Aberdeen, and London. She also directed key strategic initiatives at Santos and played an important role in Santos’ growth strategy, particularly the merger with Oil Search.
