Clime Investment Management Limited (ASX: CIW) announced that it had successfully acquired MTIS Wealth Management Pty Limited and Investment Strategists Accounting Services Pty Limited. Both MTIS and CIW teams have collocated to create a full-service wealth office in Melbourne. MTIS Wealth Management Pty Limited will use the CIW’s operating infrastructure, risk management, and professional wealth services, providing clients with an extended suite of education and investment solutions.
Clime Investment Management Limited also announced that it had entered into strategic alliance with Marcus Today (MT) to manage their AU$70 million managed account portfolios as well as offer licensing services. This association with Marcus Today will offer mutually beneficial services to the CIW and MT investor communities, comprising multi-modal education forums, access to the stock market and macro insights, and professionally managed investment solutions.
