Cabin Lake Core Re-sampling Delivers Higher Gold Grades and New Exploration Upside.
FIN Resources Limited (ASX: FIN) has delivered a meaningful upgrade to the Cabin Lake Gold Project following a disciplined re-sampling program of historical drill core completed during its 2025 due diligence. The work confirms the robustness of earlier assay data while improving several high-grade results, most notably an upgraded intercept of 31.4 metres grading 15.2 g/t gold. Importantly, the program identified gold mineralisation within intervals that were previously logged but never sampled, revealing wider and more continuous mineralised zones than earlier datasets indicated. Additional sampling of unsampled 2022 drill holes returned anomalous gold values, pointing to potential extensions of the mineralised system along strike and at depth without immediate drilling expenditure. These outcomes, combined with integrated magnetic, IP and petrophysical analysis, have significantly strengthened targeting confidence across the 15 km Bugow Iron Formation corridor. FIN is now preparing to launch its maiden approximately 1,500-metre diamond drilling program in early March.
