Alara Resources Dispatches 33rd Copper Concentrate Shipment from Oman Operations
Alara Resources Limited (ASX: AUQ) has reported that another export parcel of copper concentrate has been completed from its Al Wash-hi – Majaza copper-gold operation in Oman, marking the project’s 33rd shipment to date. The mine is run by Al Hadeetha Resources LLC, an operating entity in which Alara retains a controlling 51% ownership. The most recent shipment departed Sohar Port on 18 January 2026 and consisted of 1,395 wet metric tonnes of copper-gold concentrate.
This shipment contained approximately 243 metric tonnes of copper and around 4.8 kilograms of gold. Production levels for the most recent shipping cycle were broadly consistent with prior parcels, reflecting steady plant performance. For context, Parcel 31 shipped in mid-December 2025 contained higher copper volumes, while Parcel 32 at the end of December showed marginally lower output. The latest shipment demonstrates continued throughput from the concentrator and supports Alara’s ongoing revenue generation from its Oman-based mining operations.
