WhiteHawk Limited Appoints New Group CEO to Drive Global Cyber Security Expansion
WhiteHawk Limited (ASX: WHK) has appointed Adrian Vallino as Group Chief Executive Officer, effective 1 July 2026, marking a significant step in the company's next phase of growth. Bringing more than 20 years of leadership experience across technology, financial services and risk management, Vallino has been tasked with accelerating WhiteHawk's international expansion through a partner-led distribution strategy spanning government agencies and multiple industries. He will also lead the commercial rollout of the recently acquired Quixxi Clarity AI platform, strengthening the company's position in the rapidly growing fields of cyber security and AI governance.
Under the new leadership, WhiteHawk aims to increase annual recurring revenue by scaling its cloud-based platform through diversified distribution channels and cost-efficient growth. The strategy focuses on building a resilient revenue base while helping organisations manage evolving cyber threats and AI governance obligations. By combining scalable technology, recurring revenue growth and broader market penetration, WhiteHawk seeks to strengthen its competitive position and establish itself as a leading global provider of cyber risk management and AI governance solutions.
