Aurelia Metals Limited (ASX: AMI) has confirmed that Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Bryan Quinn will officially step down on 24 July 2026, following the announcement made earlier this year. While the Board continues progressing its search for a permanent CEO with strong mining and project development expertise, Chief Financial Officer Martin Cummings will assume the role of Interim CEO from 25 July 2026. To maintain leadership continuity, Group Manager Commercial and Strategic Procurement Leigh Collins has been appointed Interim Chief Financial Officer.
The Board stated that these interim appointments will provide operational stability and ensure uninterrupted execution of the company's strategic priorities during the transition period. Chair Graeme Hunt acknowledged Bryan Quinn's leadership since 2023, highlighting his contribution to advancing key initiatives across the Cobar Basin, strengthening financial discipline and improving operational performance. The company emphasised that its executive succession process is well advanced and remains focused on appointing a highly experienced permanent CEO to support Aurelia's next phase of growth.
