Viva Energy Delivers Strong FY25 Performance, Achieving Operational Milestones and Strategic Growth
Viva Energy Group Limited (ASX: VEA) reported a solid financial performance for the full year ended 31 December 2025, achieving underlying EBITDA of AU$700.9 million, reflecting resilient demand across core energy and refining segments. Fuel margins strengthened in the second half of FY25, contributing to a 7.0% increase in Convenience and Mobility (C&M) earnings.
Significant achievements included the acquisition of Liberty Convenience, the expansion of the marine business with entry into the Brisbane market, and the commissioning of Ultra Low Sulphur Gasoline production units. Viva Energy also made progress in its Convenience Retail strategy with the rebranding of Coles Express to Reddy Express and continued store conversions.
The company remains focused on further refining its retail execution, reducing operating costs, and strengthening its position as a leading energy provider, with a strategic focus on sustainable growth and enhancing shareholder value.
