Ingenia Communities (ASX: INA) delivered solid financial performance for the first half of FY26, meeting key targets and maintaining strong momentum across various sectors. The company reported a total revenue of AU$257.2 million, driven by growth in land lease communities and holiday parks. EBIT stood at AU$85.0 million, slightly down by 1% from the previous year, mainly due to the timing of settlements and higher operational costs, particularly in development and marketing.
Despite these challenges, Ingenia demonstrated continued growth with 248 new home settlements and sustained demand for its residential and holiday communities. The company is on track to meet its FY26 guidance, with increased settlements expected in the second half, supported by strategic project launches and effective capital management. Ingenia also saw robust demand in the lifestyle rental and all-age rental markets, with improved occupancy and rent growth.
