Vection Technologies to sponsor ADR program Shares up on ASX

Vection Technologies Ltd (ASX: VR1) announced that it will sponsor an American Depositary Receipt (ADR) program to increase its exposure and attractiveness to North American investors and partners. The company has appointed Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas as a depository bank for the program. The appointment of this Bank is forecasted to increase its name recognition in the U.S. to become a globally recognised technology company.

The company's ADR started trading in the U.S. on 21 June 2022 and will trade in the US OTC market under the symbol VCTNY. One Vection Technologies' ADR represents 120 existing ordinary shares of the company.

At AEST 12:02 PM, VR1 shares are trading at AU$0.050, up 4.166% from the previous close.
