Sprintex Raises AU$1.075 Million via Convertible Notes to Support Business Expansion

Sprintex Limited (ASX: SIX) has announced a capital raise of AU$1.075 million through the issue of 1,075,000 convertible notes, reinforcing its financial capacity to advance operational priorities. Each note is issued at AU$1.00 and carries an interest rate of 8.0% per annum, with a maturity date set for 30 June 2027. Investors are provided with the flexibility to convert their holdings into ordinary shares from 30 June 2026, at a price linked to a discount to the recent trading average, subject to a minimum threshold. Proceeds from the raise will be allocated toward working capital, scaling the sales function, and meeting customer demand. The funding structure offers a balance between debt and potential equity participation, while supporting the company’s ongoing commercial execution and growth objectives.
