SIMPEC Awarded AU$11 Million Contract by Tianqi Lithium Kwinana
SIMPEC, a wholly owned subsidiary of WestStar Industrial Limited (ASX: WSI), has been awarded a construction package valued at approximately AU$ 11 million for Tianqi Lithium Kwinana’s lithium hydroxide processing plant in Kwinana, Western Australia. The contract involves the delivery of structural, mechanical piping (SMP) works, which includes the integration of new mechanical equipment into the existing processing plant. Work is set to commence right away, with an anticipated completion date in Q2 CY2026. This award is in line with SIMPEC's strategy to contribute to Australia's energy transition and underscores the company's expertise in the energy and resources industries.
