Acrux Limited Has Received An AU$0.55 Million Advance Toward Its FY26 R&D Tax Incentive
Acrux Limited (ASX: ACR) has disclosed that it has secured a second advance of AU$0.55 million from Radium Capital, which is part of its FY26 Research and Development Tax Incentive (RDTI). This payment covers the period from 1 October 2025 to 28 February 2026 and represents approximately 80% of the anticipated RDTI for that four-month timeframe.
The funds will be used to support the continued development of Acrux’s products, particularly in Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), following confirmation of its regulatory pathway by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Acrux utilizes this short-term funding facility to gain early access to RDTI rebates, ensuring timely access to funds in line with its expenditures. The terms of this second advance remain consistent with those of the first advance, which was announced in November 2025.
