Rivco Strengthens Revenue Visibility with AU$11.7 Million Water Lease Agreement
Rivco Australia Limited (ASX: RIV) has reported the execution of a new long-term water lease agreement, enhancing the stability and visibility of its contracted revenue base. The five-year agreement, valued at approximately AU$11.7 million, has been secured with Kyndalyn Park, a subsidiary of Select Harvests, and will commence from 1 July 2026. The lease covers a diversified mix of water entitlement zones, with an underlying entitlement value of approximately AU$48.6 million. This transaction represents a material addition to Rivco’s portfolio, increasing the proportion of leased assets to approximately 82% by value from the commencement date. The agreement aligns with the Company’s strategy of expanding its contracted leasing base while capitalizing on sustained demand for long-term water security. Management views this as a key step in strengthening recurring income streams and supporting portfolio resilience over the medium term.
