Regis Healthcare Limited (ASX: REG) is one of Australia’s largest aged care providers, operating 74 residential aged care homes with approximately 8,400 beds across six states and the Northern Territory. In H1 FY26, the company delivered revenue from services of AU$667.7 million, reflecting solid growth supported by higher occupancy, improved AN-ACC funding, and recent acquisitions. Mature home occupancy increased to 96.0%, underpinning stable operating performance and strong demand across the portfolio.
During the period, Regis expanded its footprint through the acquisitions of Rockpool and OC Health, adding 830 beds and strengthening its premium asset base. The business produced strong operating cash flows of $291.7 million during the period and announced a fully franked interim dividend of 9.0 cents per share, reflecting confidence in its financial position and capital management.
Backed by favourable demographic trends, funding reforms, and disciplined capital management, Regis is progressing its greenfield pipeline and targeting 10,000 quality beds by FY28, positioning the business for sustainable long-term growth.
