Pro Medicus Limited (ASX: PME) announced that its 100% owned U.S. subsidiary, Visage Imaging, Inc entered into an AU$32 million, 8-year agreement with Inova Health System.
Based on a transactional licensing model, the agreement will see the PME’s Visage 7 Enterprise Imaging Platform implemented all over Inova & Fairfax Radiology. Thus, providing a unified diagnostic imaging platform across both networks.
Planning for the rollout is to begin instantly, with preliminary go-lives aimed for the 2H CY2022. The implementation will be completely deployed in the public cloud.
