Orcoda Appointed Arrowhead to Assist Commercialising US Patent

Orcoda Limited (ASX: ODA) announced that it has appointed Arrowhead Capital Advisors to commercialise the United States Patent issued to Orcoda for its Booking System for Personnel Supply Chains.

Arrowhead have been involved to primarily raise funds via a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) housing the United States Patent, to commercialise the patented technology platform in the US market.

Orcoda Limited would be the major shareholder in the SPV and has agreed to receive payments from any successful commercialisation of the US intellectual property transfer, as a part upfront payment, and subsequently as ongoing royalties and dividends as the SPV grows.
