Mount Ridley Mines Limited (ASX: MRD) has announced key changes in its leadership team to support the next phase of exploration and growth at the Mount Ridley Project. David Wall has been appointed as Non-Executive Chairman, bringing over 20 years of experience in capital markets and corporate strategy, with a strong background in the resources sector. Wall’s expertise in corporate advisory and company building will be pivotal as the company positions itself in the critical minerals market.
Allister Caird, previously the CEO, has been appointed Managing Director and CEO, underscoring the Board's confidence in his leadership and vision for Mount Ridley’s future. These appointments come as the company progresses its critical minerals strategy, particularly in scandium, gallium, and rare earth elements. Additionally, Peter Christie will transition to Non-Executive Director, while Pedro Kastellorizos will step down as Non-Executive Director and take on a Technical Advisor role.
