Mamba Expands Gold Potential Across Meeka East Project
Mamba Exploration Limited (ASX: M24) has reported encouraging soil sampling results from its Meeka East Gold Project in Western Australia, identifying more than 20km of prospective gold strike across multiple target zones. The latest exploration program expanded known mineralisation at the 140’ Well Prospect and confirmed the company’s “Gold in Sediments” geological model through anomalous gold assays associated with favourable stratigraphic trends.
The campaign also outlined three additional large-scale anomalies at the New Australian, Lady Maud, and Bella prospects, strengthening the project’s exploration potential. Notably, the Lady Maud area delivered consistent elevated gold values across several sections, generating new priority drill targets.
Mamba has secured up to AU$90,000 in co-funding support under Western Australia’s Exploration Incentive Scheme for its planned drilling activities. The company is progressing heritage approvals and regulatory applications, with drilling expected to commence once approvals are received. Planned exploration includes up to 50 reverse circulation drill holes aimed at testing newly identified geochemical targets and extending known mineralised trends.
