KMD Brands Limited Completes NZ$6.8 Million Placement and NZ$44.2 Million Institutional Entitlement Offer

KMD Brands Limited (ASX: KMD) has successfully concluded its NZ$6.8 million underwritten placement and the institutional component of its NZ$58.5 million entitlement offer. The Placement raised NZ$6.8 million, with institutional shareholders taking up 79% of their available entitlements. The remaining shares, totaling 132.4 million, were sold through an institutional shortfall bookbuild at NZ$0.06 per share. The retail component of the offer will begin on 7 April 2026 and is expected to raise NZ$21.1 million. The new shares from the Placement and Entitlement Offer will be allotted and begin trading on NZX and ASX on 13 April 2026. Brent Scrimshaw, Group CEO, highlighted the successful institutional support, which strengthens KMD’s balance sheet and supports their ongoing transformation.
